We couldn't be happier with this practice; first class. They looked after our dog so well when she was in to be spayed recently. Facilities looked great, and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. They made our dog (an anxious Collie) and us (two anxious humans) feel completely at ease. Can't recommend enough.

Brilliant staff all round. Friendly caring and professional , compassionate .Vets are so wonderful, caring and compassionate towards animals and owners. Usually see Mandy and love her to bits she's so caring and shows total respect towards pets and owners. Definitely recommend anyone to go here. I left byres a few years ago and haven't looked back.

Great veterinary practice. They have been very dedicated to the care of my dogs ever since I met them and their kindness at the loss of not just a pet, but a member of the family was much appreciated in the past. They now take care of my newest family member, who loves to visit them. Highly recommended.

Two words... The Best!I wrote this review a while back and to me, after visiting again today, it still is the best vets in Peterborough. All the staff are lovely, from the reception ladies to the nurses to the vets. I can't fault them. The only fault is that there's no way to get there by bus so as a non-driver I have to get a taxi every time, which is tricky as they tend to not want to take a dog in their cab.Update... New member of staff today, she's been there two weeks and is just as lovely as all the others.

We always used to be able to pay 20% of the bill, after all we do pay every month by direct debit...now I'm told I have to pay the full amount and will get the money back later anything £350 and less is ok for me to pay apparently...I don't know something about that really annoys me... especially as we have paid off the excess at the beginning of the financial year.And they have had a total staff change yet again.
