Had some troubles with a core I bought from the store. I was running late so called in and asked the owner to stay open a little late for me. Owner had no problems and fixed up my rig in no time. (Turns out I didn't install the core correctly) Fantastic service I can happily reccomend to others.

The guy that owns/runs this shop is a top bloke, customer service is excellent. No hard sell, just a friendly guy running a perfectly local business. Go support him and forget the half wits in the likes of the totally wicked shop (to name but one). Great deals on a Monday too!

Can not recommend Richer Vapes enough, after visiting a few other vape stores previously I can say that the knowledge and professionalism of running a business is very evident here. Even through lock down and beyond they have posted out to me without fail. Great service, great prices and great staff AA+++

Lovely little shop with a good range of products. The owner is a really nice, knowledgeable, down to earth guy, he's really honest about all his products and nothing is too much hassle for him. I spent ages faffing around deciding which liquids I wanted and he was great with recommending me flavours I might like. Fair prices and genuine bloke, get yourself here.
