Booked a car at 4:30pm today for an 8am pick up the following day. Money went out and got the booking confirmation. Got a call at 6:28pm to say they had no car, anywhere in Bristol for me. Just an appaling system. Fairplay to the guys here they did their best to sort it out but unbelievable that Enterprise takes bookings and doesnt check car availability. I'm now stuck with letting down a major client and having to find another car hire place, when all the others are now closed and there is no one to call. Absolutely appalling.

10/10 service from Sim at this location. We needed a van last minute and had some challenges booking online. Sim was able to navigate some of the hurdles we faced and got us a van booked, saving the day for a last-minute move that was needed. Highly recommended!

Booked hire car. Turned up after taking a taxi to the office to be told they did not have a car available to hire that day. I was told that the reservations team do NOT check availability with the local branch who provide the car. £30.00 of wasted taxi fees later arrived at Eurocar who were cheaper anyway.

Always found the staff friendly helpful very polite and for the variety of vehicles I have hired from them have always been clean tidy and checked for oil water The only thing I have found is that if you go online and book a van for the next day they dont always have one available need to book 48 hours before

Rented a van from here on a one way rental. The van was ready at the time selected and met the expectation. It was quite a low spec model but did everything I needed. Smooth rental overall and would recommend.
