The team were polite and helpful on arrival and the service with oil change was carried out to plan. Georgie was very engaging and stayed later than her normal finish time to hand back the car. I couldn’t fault my experience and would recommend Shrewsbury Audi servicing.

Went to Audi Shrewsbury for an SQ5 and they did not disappoint, Aky in sales was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and sourced the perfect vehicle for me, literally nothing was too much trouble. From initial contact to collecting the vehicle I was kept informed of the process and can honestly say in 35 years of buying cars this is/was the best experience I have ever had. Even the manager came and thanked me for my custom. Truly a model dealership I will be recommending for years to come and definitely will be back for my next car.

Had a message come up on my 22 Plate Audi Q2 (Brought new from Audi Shrewsbury) and i needed more oil. Parts couldn't of been more helpful and a gentleman came out and filled my car up for me at no extra cost! Also Aky tried to swing me into a new deal with mine and his customer service was excellent! Will be buying a car off Aky in the very near future as first impressions are everything for me!! Thanks Again Team Audi Shrewsbury :)))))

Utterly awful telephone experience. Waited hours on hold in total to speak to service department or even reception. Twice left messages for someone to ring me back but no one ever did. When I got there, they couldn't find my booking even though I had a booking reference number. I was made to feel that it was my fault. Very poor attitude from everyone I met. It would have been a zero but for the fact that the mechanics behind the scenes did their job well.

Just received my new Audi from the team in Shrewsbury. Superb service from Mollie and the team there. Really exceptional they way things were organised and the care we received. The car is also fantastic. Well done to Mollie and the team at Audi Shrewsbury. Fantastic service thank you. Mark.

Spent an hour and a half in their showroom today to be told they’re clueless at to what the problem is, and the only solution would be a £140 diagnostic. Rude and unhelpful service rep only gave an update after an hour when we asked what was going on, and had no interest in even booking in the diagnostic test. Just walked off after being challenged on the cost. Pretty terrible experience.

Terrible service not at all what you would expect from a premium brand. No customer service skills at all in the service department. Was left to find out about an issue with my vehicle by watching a video they sent me when they could have informed me before I left the showroom. A needless 150 mile round trip later and not an apology on site. I should also say to be fair that the work completed on the car is good the technicians know what they are doing.

A fantastic buying experience from Start to finish. If I could give 6 stars I would! We were greeted by David Pacey, Who is the used car manager. He listened to our needs, budget expectations and what really mattered to us in our search for our next vehicle. We purchased an Audi A3, The car came from another branch, we were kept in contact so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The financing process was seamless and easy. We arrived to collect the vehicle, by Far the best Valet I have seen at a Main dealer, Aki, a Sales executive helped with the paperwork, again all Logical and easy. The handover of the car was excellent explaining all controls and giving myself and my partner time to adjust to the vehicle before driving off. The follow up since purchase has been fantastic & the few times we have contacted Audi, Calls have been taken or returned instantly. Thank you David & Aki.

Just used Shrewsbury Audi to service my Q7, had trouble booking in, tried to call the service department after booking, but after 5 calls and a visit to the dealership, I had to ask for a manager just to get through.Service it's self went fine, had a glitch afterwards but Kat from service address it.My car was given a valet afterwards but it was the worst job I have ever see, a 5 year old could have done a better job, I comment about it but it was not resolved.1 * for booking in and returning calls, 5* for the service, -5* for the valet

Just purchased an Audi S3 from Sam and received 10/10 service right from the initial call through to collection.His attention to detail and professionalism was excellent. The car was brilliant and exactly as described.Would highly recommend this dealership.
