Visited this beautiful salon 2 weeks ago for colour correction!! I was devastated with my botched job!! Shannon worked her magic hands and 3 hrs later I felt like a superstar!! Just like to thank the other ladies aswell as they made me feel at home and can't do enough for u!! The salon itself is super stylish. I'm sorry I've not posted it on social media as I don't use either of them. See u all very soon. Big love to all of u.♥️♥️♥️♥️

In reminded that too few people tend to post when things are positive but we're all so quick to post a negative review.I visited this establishment in order to fulfill a wish my partner had expressed after she saw a picture of me from 20yrs ago.The staff were very attentive, were very understanding that I'm definitely not their normal clientele. I didn't know half the terms I ought to before embarking on this and they transformed my hair into an absolute marvel I couldn't be more thrilled with and I felt quite pampered and well looked after.Now to surprise.my partner!Thank you very very much ladies you are incredibly talented, professional, friendly and charming. Everyone was wonderful.

Before my 4th visit (April), my hair was perfect but my hair now is overprocessed and is suffering from breakage and noticeable damage.I went through a journey of getting a light blonde money piece from my black hair and I kept coming back as I knew it would take more than one appointment. I understand when it comes to bleaching, damage is inevitable but for my 4th visit, I asked to have my roots touched up for the money piece as I was happy with the lightness from the 3rd appointment (January). But they bleached over the whole section instead and left it for 45 mins. Fair enough if they left it on that long for just the roots as they’re dark, but for hair that has already been bleached before that’s far too long and they didn’t take that into consideration. My hair started breaking off as a result and this never happened in my other appointments. This was around 3 weeks ago and even now I’m getting a lot of hair fallout when brushing my hair.Although the staff are friendly and look after you, I’m upset that they weren’t careful with my hair and now I have to suffer with irreversible damage.

Definitely my new go to! I’ve struggled over the years to find a great hairdressers and now I definitely have! I’ve never seen a hairdressers so full either, just proves how popular this place is! I was about half an hour early for my appointment due to a previous appointment being shorter than expected, I said I didn’t mind waiting but they got me in early which I really appreciated. All the staff are lovely and seem to genuinely love their jobs which is great to see, I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Friendly staff and always do a good cut on my wife's hair. She is disabled and they always look after her
