Very helpful sales lady, answered all my questions. Great choice of sofas for every budget. Highly recommend DFS.

We saw an ad showing the Wickam Sofa. There it was in the picture, black and shiny, and100% Leather. IT ISN'T!!!We jumped in the car and the size and comfort was spot on. Yep, we should have read on through the bumf to where it said 100% leather on comfort areas only. OK, our fault but I can't help thinking the photo with 100% is extremely misleading. DFS seem to think it fine, I just have to get over my disappointment!! Let's hope they last asWe bought 2 of them.!!

Excellent delivery service from Matthew & his assistant. Heavy sofa bed & difficult entry access was dealt with patience, carefully dismantled sofa and reassembled in sitting room. Happy customer.

Staff and the stock are great

Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Store had covid restrictions in place and you were not rushed into making any decision. Ended up buying a corner sofa and was provided with lots of good information regarding what I'd actually purchased, delivery times and care of sofa. Very good and positive experience. Zara served me and was wonderful.

Bright, modern, well lit store on edge of Inverness. Friendly helpful staff without hard pressure sales tactics you would expect...or still get elsewhere. Varied range of sofas in variety of styles and prices. Ample car parking.

I was impressed by the friendly staff who did not apply any pressure to buy. They were personable and chatted about things of interest as well as doing business.On my first visit I was able to browse at leisure before speaking with sales staff, and during a friendly conversation I was informed of all I needed to know about the items of interest and delivery arrangements.The following day I had an unexpected email from DFS that confused me, but all was pleasantly resolved because I found out I maybe getting a faster delivery than normal for my location, as goods are in-stock.On my second visit, I got the same positive response from staff and we concluded financial matters without any issues over a cup of coffee and a friendly chat.Finally, I hope the delivery works out as well as the purchase.Doing business with you has been a pleasure!

Me and my partner spend 3 hours with our butt's in seats and weren't leaving until we'd found our sofas. We did! Andi was our salesman; however it was more like shopping with a mate than a salesman; chatting about life stories and experiences. Very good experience, core memory situation
