Excellent Excelsior service from start to finish. I contacted Rory and Neil for 2 tree and several stump removals and they attended the site in a prompt fashion. They returned a prompt and very reasonable quote. They offered a good time frame. They turned up at the site on the date promised and carried out the work in quick fashion without fuss. They are very thorough and professional and further displayed this by pointing out that there was a water outlet in the garden that we hadn’t noticed and the fact that Rory and Neil spotted this saved us undoubtedly a lot of hassle and further costs and inconvenience. Furthermore Rory and Neil seem to be very decent people. I would have no hesitation in recommending Excelsior and Rory and Neil. This is a genuine and independent review to help people like myself make the correct choice.

Rory and team were excellent start to finish. Communicated all the way through the removal of 8 conifers to ensure all was correct. Also man handled the wood so as to avoid any damage to flower beds. At the end tidied up and swept debris up. Could not recommend highly enough. Also had full liability insurance so professional responsible set up.

Excelsior are a very good company to deal with from start to finish. Rory and Neil removed 3 trees and what was left of a tree I tried to remove myself from my front and rear garden. The service was friendly, efficient and very professional. Rory replied to my request for a quote very promptly and the work was first class and very tidily done. Will not hesitate to use again as and when needed.
