I can't recommend Lucinda enough and the way she works is fantastic. Before she even starts any session or exercise on your dog she plays with them just to put your dog at ease and rather than 'forcing' your dog to do something she asks them by playing and offering treatsMy husky Onyx has arthritis in his back legs and starting on his spine and I was recommended physio for him by a friend. So I decided that strengthening his muscles would be the best route before I go down the vet pain medication road. Well Onyx has had only a few sessions and the difference so far is like night and day. Onyx still has 'bad days' but with the exercises that Lucinda has given me and the lifestyle changes she has suggested is making his stiffness more manageable and therefore making his life better.Thank you Lucinda and Onyx will continue to visit you for as long as he needs itWags n Woofs from Onyx too xxx

Lucinda was amazing with my dog Daisy and put her at ease as she can be an anxious dog. Lucinda is extremely knowledgeable and helped Daisy with her mobility even though Daisy is a live wire and can be stubborn. I would recommend this service to anyone and would not hesitate to return if Daisy needed further assistance.

I brought my dog for a session. He is quite old so a little shaky on his legs. Lucy was great with him and showed me what excerises to do at home to help him keep his strength up and active. Fantastic service.

Our Cocker is was nearly 15 years old, and has significant arthritis. He did go to hydrotherapy in Hartlepool, but he then contracted a pseudomonas ear infection that meant he couldn’t go anymore. We found Lucinda after visiting our vets and seeing a leaflet, and we obtained a referral. Within 2 weeks Scamp showed real progress, and she was absolutely lovely with him.We couldn’t thank Lucinda enough for improving our furry friends life, and just the highly professional way that she dealt with him.Unfortunately Scamp passed away last week, after a 24 hour decline in his health.I would go back for any pet needs in the future, as she was absolutely amazing, and had a true passion for helping pets.Thank you very much for all you did.

Took my 6 1/2 year old golden Retriever Bleu to Lucinda after a reccomendation to see if there was anything she could do to help her wirh cruciate knee problem.Bleu struggled getting up & her first few steps were painful for her.Lucinda got Bleus referal from vets & on our 1st visit my dog is very nervous with strangers but straight away Lucinda put Bleu & me at ease.I was a bit doubtful with what they could achieve but after 3 sessions i was amazed at how far Bleu has come.Another 2 visits & its like having a new dog.Very professional lady & great with dogs cant recommend her high enough.

We have had Bella to several sessions with Lucinda to improve her muscle strength in her back legs to aid her recovery from an ACL injury. Lucinda is so attentive to Bella's needs and she has made amazing progress! Would recommend to anyone looking to help their dogs pre or post op or for conditioning work

Highly recommend Lucinda at North East Veterinary Physio. My rescue collie is very nervous around people but he settled straight away and had a great session. Lucinda is very knowledgeable and really helped my dog, he has been so much better since having physio.

Brought Barney our Old English Sheepdog to Lucinda for some physio due to ongoing issues with his rear legs and hip dysplasia. Could not recommend her enough. Lucinda has been wonderful: teaching us a lot about how best to exercise Barney and manage his condition, and making the sessions fun and enjoyable for him. He loves his sessions and always comes home happy. Most importantly his strength and quality of life have came along in leaps and bounds. Five stars!
