I Called into Wex in Leeds last Sunday the manager Kate was brilliant as always, so helpful as are all the staff who are always so willing to help with there extensive knowledge of the products they stock which is extensive and well worth a visit. I have no hesitation in recommending the shop to friends and people who I meet. Customer Service in outstanding.

I visited the Leeds store this week to arrange a trade in and camera upgrade. I was looked after by Andre, the senior sales consultant. He was very professional throughout and displayed exemplary customer service skills and photographic knowledge. He took the time to inspect my Tamron lens and determine the issue, when other stores had turned me away. I appreciated his professionalism and product knowledge. He's the guy to go to for friendly and expert help.

We visited the Leeds store to purchase a camera and lens for my husband who wants to start photography as a new hobby. Luca was patient and knowledgeable answering all my husbands questions and making suggestions and recommendations. I was particularly impressed that he did not automatically try to sell the most expensive camera or lens but instead listened to what my husband wanted and made suggestions. Would not hesitate to recommend this store and I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Visited the shop looking for a camera and lens for our son. Received brilliant advice about the different options. Had a number of different options ordered in for us to look at. Luca gave really clear recommendations on what would be best, we never felt rushed into making a decision. Would certainly recommend.

If you want to be ignored by all three members of staff for, literally, 45 minutes, then fill your boots. Shame really. Drove for an hour to get here with money on the hip for high end accessories and a sensor clean. Oh, and a lot of the stuff still in boxes (especially tripos) so you might as well buy online as they don't reflect the prices in so either. Still, staff seemed to enjoy a good chat between themselves so good luck to them.
