Ralph did a outstanding deep clean job on my carpet. My carpet now looks brand new again. Dried very quick aswell. Very reasonable price and a lovely man to talk to. Will definitely be using again.

Ralph was prompt to respond to my inquiry to have our rugs and furnishings cleaned. He was thorough and honest n his assessment of the outcome. Ralph Long trading as Stainstop went out of his way to help me after I had an accident and spilt quite a lot of my own blood on the main bedroom carpet late one Saturday night. Having been recommended to me, I contacted Ralph on the Monday morning, and he called that same evening - to tackle the stains as soon as possible before the blood dried too much. He is a pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable man whose services I am happy to recommend.

Ralph quoted for cleaning two recliners and a carpet. He was cautious not to over promise how good the results would be. He arrived on time and quickly showed that he new his trade well. The chairs cleaned far better than we had expected and we had stain prevention applied. Being so pleased with the results we also had Ralph clean our stair carpet and landing. The carpets he cleaned came up far better than you can achieve yourself.Summary - Ralph was punctual, an expert in what he does, was pleasant to have in the house and left no mess, and charged exactly as quoted which we considered good value.Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing. After an expensive building project, I didn’t want to move grubby furniture into new house and couldn’t afford new furniture with the other expense. In came Ralph. I found him online via good reviews and I have been very happy. My chairs and couch look nearly new again, I have used again since then and will use for protecting my new carpets when I move. And for any material magic I need in the future. Have been very happy from start to finish. Thanks Ralph!

Ralph made a visit to our basement flat this week with very grubby carpets. I should never have chosen cream carpets but after he had been they were restored to almost their original colour. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service.
