I like to support local businesses and have noticed this place decided to take my friends there,If I could give zero stars I would,I eat out very very regularly and this was one of the worst experiences I've had!!.Stated outside happy hour pizzas £5 between 5 and 6,We arrived at 5:35,Ordered three margherita pizzas 2 coca-cola's and a pint of beer the bill was £35.80!!.My friends do not like to complain but I had to on their behalf regarding the fizzy water being sold as Coca-Cola!,They replaced the Coca-Cola with more of what can only be described as fizzy water.If the owner thinks that, that was a 12-inch pizza his wife has obviously lied to him about size!!. When I said the Coca-Cola he replaced was no different he just apologise no refund was offered.Extremely disappointing wish I'd read the horrendous reviews beforehand will not be returning!!.

Food was decent but in all honesty over priced e.g. £8 for some dirty fries (chips with cheese and ham)/ halloumi fries for £8.99.Service was in all honesty pretty bad, staff were friendly just very slack. Seemed like the young lads working there were more concerned messing around with there pals who didn’t work there than serving the customers. Was empty the evening we were there par another 2 couples who arrived after us, despite this they forgot our sides (even though I reminded them once already as they were taking awhile) and they didn’t arrive until 10 minutes after we’d finished eating. Ordered some hot chocolates also which then took about 15 minutes even though the lads behind there bar weren’t serving but just waffling to their pals. After when they saw we hadn’t eaten the sides they asked if everything was alright, we said no and explained. They apologised but made no effort to make it right. Also could do with some semi-decent work attire as having 2 lads come to your table at a time in their casual wear e.g. trackie shorts and a tee doesn’t exactly fit the bill for something that’s meant to be a nice cocktail lounge / pizza bar.

Absolutely awful experience. Food and drinks took forever, in fact our starters came out 15mins after our mains lol, no offer of an alternative or refund, even when we said it had taken to long, just kind of shrugged it off. Totally unacceptable, considering we were the only customers, to.many lazy staff just chilling and having a chat.Message to the owner... really lovely place but definitely needs new staff who know at least a little about hospilaty

Popped in for a hot drink and a mince pie. Friendly staff, reasonably priced and super warm cosy atmosphere. I will be back to try one of your cocktails in the summer!

Very disappointing as I love trying new places and supporting local businesses!! No greeting on arrival, we had to find the table we had reserved...waited for a while then had to ask to order drinks. We ordered food which was bog standard and somewhat overpriced...also had to ask for cutlery after the food arrived! Unbelievable prices for drinks (the wine was way more than some of the towns finest establishments!!) -no price list available. Bad service, pretty dull interior, loud and very overpriced. I would not recommend!

Not a pleasant experience at this venue. We placed an order for two coffees (a Flat White and an Iced Latte). The coffees came and we received a small pitcher of watery filter coffee with ice cubes and a large mug of filter coffee. Very basic, tasteless and complete opposite to what we ordered. It was hammering down outside so we just had to accept it, knowing at least it would be a cheap trip. Nope! Both coffees cost us £3.80… each! What the heck?! I complained saying these rates aren’t right and was simply told, “That’s what’s on the system. Shocked to say the least. I come from London/Surrey and it doesn’t even cost that for coffees up my way (especially what was essentially filter coffees). Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand - but lesson learned. Oh and to boot

Overpriced, food took ages and most of the people lounging around on the tables seemed to be family or friends. I would be very surprised if this place is still trading in 2 years. Agree with all other reviews including the fact that halloumi fries were almost worth the wait.

Not a great experience not going to lie manager is extremely unpleasant basically a thug in my eyes... Karma in general seems very dodgy.... I've noticed 'Karma Longue' and 'Karma by the beach' has a venue along worthing sea front. Seen the owner apart of new night club at 'Angels bar' just seems extremely dodgy having all of these venues at such short time span.... Could be wrong but trust my gut feeling from other businesses who know what they are really like....

Lovely food quick service and very quiet. The food was a little pricey at £17 for a meat feat that was pretty small in size.Got a meat feast, margarita, pepperoni pizza plus mozzarella and halloumi fries it was £60Halloumi fries were delicious I definitely recommend them. mozzarella stock average and like frozen ones.Pizzas are nice but small for the price.Nice bar/pub for some drinks with friends although most people seemed to be friends or owners who all congregated around the bar.

Upon arrival we were stared at by the staff and a pair of their regular customers. No greeting or smiles. We were unsure of where to sit, if we were allowed to make our own way to a table or wait to be seated. Menu selection was very limited. Just a bunch of fried options and basic pizza toppings. Food was below average, nothing special. The chips were coated in herbs and crunchy all the way through. The atmosphere was very awkward. The staff, family and friends are very close and gossip in the corner of the restaurant about locals and their private business - they aren't discreet about it at all. The very loud laughing from their table which included the owner came off intimidating. You'd feel they were laughing at you. There are rumours that the owner has a criminal past.
