These solicitors were working for a vendor from whom I purchase property. They are pathetically slow in their work. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This solicitors is a total no go!! I am 22 years old working as a nurse and have put in all my life savings into buying a house from Mr Faloon! Wasted my time and money! Accepting my offer and then liasing with another buyer and after 8 weeks of sorting out mortgage and paying for solicitors fees have found he is accepting someone elses offer when he previously accepted mine!! As a solicitor he should know this is unprofessional!!! Stay away!!

I have requested many times from Patsy Hughes copies of my late father files for Legal Reasons & again over Christmas I popped into speak with him as I was/am fed up being IGNORED.He promised to get me the files after I stated why I needed them. It's now June and nothing.I last chance when I call office today otherwise LEGAL ACTION will be taken again & this firm. My family are NOT HAPPY WITH him .All legal costs will be sought if I don't get the files within 14 days. This is the last change Mr Patsy Hughes

Have used falcon and Co for a few years now and would highly recommend. Jarlaith is very professional and nice to deal with and knows his stuff!. He is very good at what he does. I'm with sabrina just in the recent few months also and she is very good at what she does also. Not only does she havea a great work ethic but she is adds a personal value too as she knows I suffer with anxiety and is very good and reassuring towards me! Highly recommend this company and will be using for the foreseeable future!

I spoke to a lady on the phone regarding having a solicitor signed a surname change application form. I was assured that I don't even need an appointment but I can just come in and a solicitor would be able to sign it. We went in to get the application signed to be rudly told that the solicitor has to know you to sign the application? When I explained that the guidance states that it just has to be a practicing solicitor the lady refused to listen to me and just kept saying no they have to know you personally. The lady didn't have a clue what she was talking about and didn't go ask anyone else would they know. A change of surname from is not a passport or driving licence form where the witness has to know you personally for a certain amount of years. It is a legal form that has to be signed and witnessed by a justice of peace (JP), lay magistrate or a solicitor. Very unprofessional

I have not used Mr Falloon's services. However he was recently selling a house in Leeds, using the agency that were renting it out for him.Two months ago he accepted an offer from my daughter, but has failed to make any progress in the sale, or decide what to do with his tenants, who have only lived there a short time.Today we learn Mr Falloon has decided to bypass the agency and my daughter, to accept an offer, 2.5 k higher, from someone he personally knows. She is a hardworking nurse, who has saved up long and hard for a deposit. Who has now lost money to her bank, and solicitor thanks to his thoroughly unprofessional behaviour.Give him a wide birth........
