What a delightful emporium!Looking for a classic and subtle, yet beautiful lampshade to suit a specific and special lamp, I found Décor online. This prompted me to make a day trip to Harrogate and it was absolutely worth it.The staff at Décor were so welcoming and helpful, and had a very good grasp of what I wanted very quickly. They had it sorted in a jiffy and I had boodles of time to explore Harrogate - thank you!

Awful. Walked in - ignored by 4 members of staff too busy chatting or unpacking lampshades on a Friday afternoon.No other customers. A guy with a mug of tea walked by us, again, no ackowlegement.Walked in, walked around the whole shop, ignored, walked out.Go to Lighthouse instead. A totally different story.

I ordered a lampshade online from Decor and I am more than happy with the service and the product I ordered. Good quality, classic standard lamp shades in large sizes are hard to find. I had previously ordered one from another site and had to return it because of the poor quality and finish. However, the one that arrived today from Decor in Harrogate is absolutely gorgeous. Worth every penny. The staff even phoned in advance to find a delivery day that suited me. Good old fashioned service. Brilliant.

Trying to choose the right size of shade in the right colour is very hard remotely but Dee at Decor was very helpful on both fronts. The free swatches & advice led me to pick the perfect combo.

Bought 2 dimmer bedside lamps several years ago and one has stopped working. Took it back to see if they could do anything but sadly not. Said no suitable similar alternative.
