Anothet Local branch ive shopped in for a decade!!! I only needed to pop in and buy a ready meal , I scanned the product and paid as I left a woman assistant shouted sir she then stated have you scanned that item accusing me of not paying when infact I had I showed her my receipt and not even an apology she simply said OK .Not the service I expect from a store Ive been shopping in for years and staff whom seem to think they own the store!!!

The other day I saw a member of staff say to a shoplifter, “come out the back, I’ll strip you naked and steal your phone, how would you like that?”. This is the worst way to handle that situation, and clearly shows the lack of training from sainsburys. And then you can’t cool down a beer fridge and serve warm beer for £3.25 a can, who’s the real criminals??

A rude man with glasses at self-checkout till asked me for ID for a non-alcoholic drink part of the meal deal and then he touched me. Absolute disgrace

So bad and shameful, the lady ( white and blond ) who is security guard was chasing so tight and close since I entered until I paid my shopping, strongly believe because I am black and I used a head scarf. Her attitude and behaviour was horrendous and very discriminative. I believe the cameras has been recorded everything. She should not work in a place with diverse and multicultural people .

rude curly TERESA lady at self service full of attitude. chewing gum during her shift too so unprofessional Staff on self service tills turn their backs when you speak to them

Unbelievably ignorant staff. I was buying a pack of chocolate Madeleines which were merchandised on a shelf with the non chocolate ones. Only problem is the special offer price applied to the non chocolate one but there was no price on that shelf for the chocolate one. Apparently they were priced at full price elsewhere. I asked the lad to remove the item as I wasn't paying that price and he just argued about the price on the shelf was for the non chocolate ones but I said they need to take the chocolate ones off the shelf as they shouldn't be merchandised on the shelf plwith offer ones or some other mug like me would be caught out. He was so ignorant that I eventually lost my cool. This isn't the first time of this happening. Sainsbury's what happened to your customer aervice

The middle-aged gentleman working on self-service tills on Saturday 19th November at around 1pm ran after me after I paid for my items, spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner and accused me of stealing when I had done nothing of the sort. I even attempted to show him that I bought a bag and several food items in two separate transactions, as he believed I had only purchased the bag. I then showed this to the security guard who was with him on my banking app, who was very understanding, and at which point they both left me alone.It’s extremely rude and unprofessional to accuse people of stealing when they have not done so, and even more rude to not let them get a word in to try and honestly prove they haven’t stolen anything. In future- check the recent transactions first on the till before making such an accusation, and if it’s true that’s literally what CCTV is for.
