I love James Fulton hair. I have dry frizzy hair and he's the only one to straighten my hair without using straighteners. I've just been and had my hair cut to a shoulder length Bob and I love it, the staff are so friendly you feel relaxed and at home straight away...keep up the good work James and staff xx

I just popped in for a wash and blow dry . I came out with sleek shining locks . Excellent customer service and very nice atmosphere. Good luck with the Whitley Bay branch :) !

I came in for blondish highlights on my overly-dyed black hair. Katie blended these seamlessly. This was my first time back in a hair salon in over 10 years, and it was a wonderful experience, from start to finish.Thanks for lifting my spirits with your chat, Katie - and of course, for the brilliant job you've done on my hair! Both my daughter and I have been visiting the salon for a number of years. We are not frequent customers but the welcome and service we receive is always fantastic. Both very happy with our hair which we had cut and styled. Huge thank you to James and Charlotte. We'll be back.

This was my second visit to this salon Katy did my balayage and Jen did my cut both girls are very professional and lovely to talk to I was so pleased with the colour and cut the salon was warm and comfortable plenty of refreshments and reading material I would thoroughly recommend James Fulton Hair

Absolutely dreadful. Avoid.My appointment was mid-March 2017. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seated straight away. The receptionist brought me a cup of tea and I waited for my stylist and I waited and I waited.After half an hour of having to listen to the unprofessional lad cutting hair next to me (loudly talking to a customer about the personal life of another member of staff) and no one coming to check on me, I got up to leave.As I got up to leave, the girl next to me (who'd been there the whole time doing another customer's roots finally introduced herself as my stylist).I'm afraid that however by this time I was annoyed, worked up and had booked an appointment with a far more established salon near Tesco (where I'll be going every time now).

Staff were all really nice and my hairdresser was nonjudgmental about my (self-inflicted) damaged hair which is massively appreciated. The haircut was really good as well… has made me feel so hot!

I tried this salon for the first time and was very pleased. It is bright, clean and tidy. Charlotte cut my hair. She was very charming, well-mannered and friendly and extremely careful with her cutting. She made a great effort to do it the way I wanted and she was very careful to tell me what she was going to do before she did it, so that I had no surprises. Full marks!
