Visited the cafe at Tesco and the lady that served was very good. It is difficult for staff to defend bad company policy but she was helpful. My wife cannot eat baked beans. You cannot substitute them but you can pay extra for mushrooms. Service industry used to be about the customer. Menu good value for money but many other places offer similar, we won't be back.Lady at counter, excellent, waitress dumping plates on table, not so good.

Kiosk closed on 16/11/23 at 9.45pm??????? As unhelpful staff member locking it up who dismissed us... store is open until 10pm on the sign!!!!! Poor service

I don't always shop here but go for specific groceries and basic clothing. I dropped a star as they no longer stock their own brand 2ltr ginger beer but don't appear to have a reason despite being the only local supermarket who sold it

DO NOT SHOP HERE I took a picture of their Pringles selections to send to my mother as they had a good selection. I was approached by a women who works at the store who is clearly old, grumpy and is sad about working there and orders me to delete the photo of the Pringles and that I need permission from management to take a photo of them. Absolutely shocked about this approach and she wasn’t even polite about asking me I am a minor.

Amazing as always, I'm a frequent flyer. I found the electric mobility scooters indispensable. The Staff are always helpful and friendly, although the Disabled Toilets could use cleaning a little more often. But that's a customer issue. Overall Loved it.

Dated Extra superstore located 5 mins drive from the A30. The store and cafe were undergoing a refit. Typical huge non food range inside with new display fixtures on homeware, availability and freshness was very good, the store and cafe was very popular, the Cafe food was basic and not as good as it could have been for the price.Car parking was plentiful and 4 x 7kw Pod point electric car chargers were free to use.

The food selection here is great, but the staff are to be avoided. A bully of a woman was trying to make me pay for two shopping bags on the self service machine when I had only used one. She had a coat over her uniform so I thought she was a member of the public trying to attack me at first. Will never return as the customer service at other supermarkets in the area is much better.

Nice place and you can buy all sorts here, I was walking around the other day and I saw these, these are food from the gods and I would say you must try these! Also remember that the store closes at 10pm and its not 24hr and it doesn't close at midnight anymore!!!! Try these cookies, they are lush!

The Cafe floor is filthy and has been for ages. Also yesterday a lady tripped on some tape that was lifting and dangerous, told a cafe member of staff but nothing was done! Chairs need cleaning or replacing a.s.a.p. Table only get a quick smear with a cloth. Should be closed for a few days and everywhere cleaned, and then kept clean. Where are spot checkers?
