Burned birthday cake, horrible fatty cream, basically no sponge, terrible customer service as well. Save your money, go to a decent bakery, avoid this one. No refund or return offered.

I ordered this cake might look nice but only paid 30 pounds for cream there was hardly any vanilla sponge was mainly eating on cream so disgusting won’t be buying from here don’t waste a penny on this place not worth you money

STAY AWAY! The worst bakery every! Got cake order wrong twice! Did not delivered in time as promise, priority delivery don't mean anything! Destroyed the event for my 5 year old by being late with the 2nd wrongly made cake by over 3 hrs! Worst experience ever! Worst customer service! Don't care for customers or their experience! 3 days waiting for call from manager even after each day chasing ! Don't bother to use this nightmare of a bakery! The worst! They are cousine company with Cake&Bake! Their cake packaging is a disaster, wobbly and cake will never arrived to you full and not smashed!

I ordered a cake to be delivered and they said it could be delivered by 6pm that day. I was promised a picture of my finished cake that never came. I was promised confirmation of the exact ETA for the cake that never came. They have read and ignored my whatsapp asking for an update. I have tried calling the landline (it just rings out). They say their working hours at 9am-9pm but I tried in the evening 8:30pm and again in the morning 10am with no answer. Ive whatsapped, I can see they are online but ignoring my messages. If I call the mobile it goes directly to voicemail but if I call through whatsapp it rings and despite it saying online they dont answer. I have tried emailing and using the website chat but no one replies to explain what happened to my cake and why it never arrived for the business anniversary we were trying to celebrate. My boss wants answers that I am not able to provide him with any information. I have never experienced such dreadful customer service or service in general. If there was a problem with my cake then I should have been notified and not ignored when I chase to find out what has happened. I have paid a considerable amount for something that was never received. Utterly dissapointed.

One of the best online Bakery stores I’ve ever dealt with!Their costumer service was amazing, they were very helpful and they made a very yummy cake!!The best thing is that I ordered the cake in the morning and they were able to deliver it on the same day!

Awful place, avoid. Even if it is your last option. We ordered a gender reveal cake for our first baby from here. Our friend confirmed the gender to them, and they sent an email update to my wife confirming the colour and stole the surprise of a lifetime from her (they claimed an IT glitch but it seemed more like incompetence). When we asked for a refund they initially insisted they would need to cancel the order, but did eventually agree to refund us and not cancel the order.And then…our friend had requested that they add a little coloured frosting in the middle to make it pop, but they barely covered it with the white frosting so the pink colour was immediately visible when I received the cake (I had to walk 5 minutes up the road to retrieve it because they didn’t pay attention to the delivery instructions) and it stole the surprise from me too. Everything is always someone’s else’s fault/out of their control when you talk to them. I echo other comments in saying it is not worth dealing with this company and a much better idea to go to a proper bakery. Even at ultimately no cost this place felt like a massive rip off.
