Never usually leave reviews but my experience with Ian Malavin definitely warrants one. I had applied for a role online and immediately received a call the next day to talk it through to see if I'd be interested. He was super friendly, supportive, professional and consistently kept in touch with me throughout the process. He talked me through all queries and doubts I had while ensuring I was doing what was best for me. He even called me a couple of weeks after I started my new job to check how I've got on. Rachel has been brilliant from the start. She did my interview and was so down to earth. Rachel is extremely efficient in dealing with things, whether sending through compliance documents, uploading timesheets or returning my calls. There's never been any issues with getting paid.
