On 17th March, Martin Smith came and measured for an estimate, yet we received nothing. We contacted the showroom three times, twice in person. ‘’Mr Smith is on a course.”’ ‘’Mr Smith is on a visit.” Still nothing. We emailed. Nothing. We asked that, if they didn’t want the work, please to let us know. Nothing.

Reading other reviews and my own experience today, the problem with this company is that they promise cheaper renovation of kitchens but actually offer expensive bespoke doors, cupboards, etc. Also because of their business model, you have to travel to a branch further away from your home and were not helpful on the telephone.

Shockingly bad robotic service and insane prices. I asked for an approximate cost to replace kitchen cupboard doors and was told £5k. Very unhelpful attitude, impossible to get a morning appointment for almost 3 weeks to get a more accurate quote and Saturday stand in person unwilling to note down door sizes and quantities in order to provide a more accurate cost estimation despite the shop being empty. Apparently she was too important for such a low level task and instructed me to send an email with my request and to leave because she felt I was being too demanding and aggressive. Unbelievable experience, I recommend staying well clear of this place! The shop owners attempts to deflect the blame to myself (who was not present on the day in question) is reflective of their service approach. Unfortunately the owner is more believing of his Saturday staff than a potential customer. I rarely write reviews on social media but I was so appalled at my treatment I felt I had to put this into the public domain.

Despite largely covid delays, the professionalism and personal attention to ensuring our entire kitchen refit was up to their own and my high standards was outstanding! Dream Doors/Martin listened to any and all of our comments and reacted to my satisfaction. And despite some extra work required by their team, they still adhered to their original quote! I am glad that this sort of service is still around these days!

Martin came to measure and was amazing bringing all samples with him and giving me really good advice. Dream doors were efficient and helpful throughout the design and booking process.When it comes to fitting I cannot rave about them anymore, on time every morning and our fitter Jamie was just brilliant! He left the job every evening spotless and was meticulous!I’m so happy with the service we have received and would definitely recommend to any friends

Refused to respond to my enquiry and asked me to resend my enquiry to a different branch. Even though this branch is a mile from my house and the other one is 10 miles away. Ridiculous. Why can't you deal with my enquiry with an internal process that forwards it on to the other branch? I don't want to jump through hoops. Advice to the management team: when people are looking for quotes, they also want to find a business who is easy to deal with and local to them, not to receive emails that lecture me on which patch they can and can't serve.

I can only speak from my own experience and dealing with Dream Doors has been nothing but seamless with an excellent service and the standard of their work is superb. I have dealt with a few of the team including Martin the owner and would have no hesitation in recommending them. My kitchen looks incredible and nothing was too much trouble. They are so approachable and offer superb personal customer service. Thank you for transforming my kitchen - I love it!
