Let me start by saying that I know (knew) next-to-nothing about locks. What I did know is that mine was broken and that I needed two new ones which would past muster for insurance purposes, as well as 'keeping the house secure' purposes.We had brilliant advice and excellent service and when I encountered a problem absolutely not of MB Lock Supplies making, Mick, who clearly does know a thing or three about all things lock-related, could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem for me - in fact I'd say he went above and beyond despite the shop being very busy.Should I ever need a new lock or keys etc again, MB Lock Supplies on Burley Road LS3 will be top of my list.Thanks for all the common-sense and for not making me feel stupid! I really appreciate the time and patience.

Outstanding service from an outstanding supplier thank you.Upon arrival in the pristine shop I quickly found myself at the clearly guided to service counter and almost instantly greeted by a friendly perfect role model body language shop assistant.I'd rung MB an hour or so earlier to talk through my desired solution and lo everything was in place ready for me to pick up and pay for there and then thank you.The splendid shop assistant really knew his stuff, made me smile throughout as he talked me through what I would need to do next with the equipment he recommended as my solution ; and he topped it all off by offering me a fantastic value deal as I wished to pay using discreet non traceable good old fashioned bank notes cash that suited him too thank you !A couple of requested secondary duplicate key cuts were also thrown in as part of the mega value deal thank you ;And I then watched in awe as this same brilliant shop assistant became his alter ego equally excellent double ; a serial professional key cutter ; who plied his consummate skill art science technological trade to such great effect ;All in front of my eyes - safety goggles and all.Incredible !I really did not think a second key could be cut for my what I thought was unique locker key but I was wrong.Thank you MB.Nothing I repeat nothing is too much trouble for MB thank you.And everything I repeat everything is carried out to perfection thank you.Pièce de résistance ; I paid £ 20 to private hire taxi myself to and from MB and d'ya know what ?It was worth every single penny.The 100% quality service I received from the gentleman who served me made this additional medium cost 100% worthwhile thank you.Home security is just the most important part of contemporary domestic life and when my handyman Neil Calderbank of Loidis Properties fits the lock provided by MB tomorrow I will ;Sleep like a baby for the rest of my days.Thank you MB Lock Supplies Limited.BTW I was recommended to use MB by Steve's Shoe Repairs & Key Cutting of Headingley North Leeds and I am very grateful for their care in so doing thank you.This example of obviously masterful local knowledge of each other and the integrity on both parts to recommend each other in order to put the customer first made the whole adventure for me an even more thoroughly life affirming experience thank you.Proud to be a fellow Leeds Loiner tonight.

DO NOT ORDER! Money was taken and a date for delivery was advised, 5 days have passed and a continuous response of you will receive tomorrow by 9am. An excuse Everytime when chasing for my order. Premium products, paid a premium price but received terrible service.
