Avoid this company at all cost!From start to finish our wardrobe installation has been terrible and long. The fitters finally left on Friday, leaving us with filler and panels not matching doors plus walls, and ceilings needing re- decorated. The product problems are obviously Wren's fault. Trying to get any resolution has been a total nightmare. Plus they aren't cheap, shocking !

I am very happy with my kitchen, very good quality. Michael in store went above and beyond.Kitchen delivery guys were on time and extremely careful with units as we live in a first floor flat.Fitters were extremely efficient with the installationI would highly recommend

So they tell contact you telling you to email them online so they show willing to try sort out the problems. They don’t actually get in touch it must be some automated email when you leave a review. I can only continue to advise not to deal with this very unprofessional company. They say you start paying when the kitchen is complete, but you don’t tell you they make you pay as soon as an item gets delivered. They just want your money and not deliver what they say they going to do! It’s like they are ran by a bunch of cowboys, after trying to point out how poor the services are after purchasing they don’t care about the services clearly and don’t care how much you have to pay extra because of there mess ups and miscommunications. Most or everyone of my friends who have dealt with these have said exactly the same as me. Please please avoid upset and don’t deal with this company.

A superb service from initial design through to delivery of kitchen. The two queries I had after the kitchen had been fitted were dealt with courteously and promptly by Wren staff. It has been a pleasure to do business with an organisation that puts customer care at its heart. Well done Wren.

Not sure why there are soo many bad reviews for Wren, my experience with wren was very good and i felt absolutely satisfied.Had a quick design with Ashleigh, she was brilliant in understanding our needs and made a awesome design, which went in for order. I had a very tough, tight timelines to move in, Ashleigh and her Manager (who i never met but he went above n beyond to help my oder) helped to fasten the orde, get the delivery aligned and kitchen was fitted within 3 days, neat and tidy. The kitchen fitters, Richard and team, was very professional, fitted perfectly and cleaned up the units as well..Wren customer service was also very responsive in handling rubbish removal etc.Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants their kitchen remodeled. Good and effective. Prices are bit high but competitive, but the stress free fitting and quality is definitely worth it.

Install was meant to be dec 4th was told had been delayed untill wed 6th out designer called aiden never bothered to get intouch at all 6th came installer came for 30 mins said i have to nip out be back in a hour and never bothered coming back15k for a kitchen still in flat pack boxesPlease avoid aiden at all costs!!!!
