Just simply amazing! I wasted 4 months of my life and quite a lot of money deciding whether to go ahead or not- I wouldn’t go out and felt so down. However, I took the plunge and got my life back ! My sons comments were ‘ mum you look just like you again’ and I feel like me again! It’s a fantastic friendly salon with lovely helpful girls from start to finish ! I’ve had wonderful comments on my beautiful hair and life is good again! Go for it! Live your life with beautiful hair ! Dionne at the Manchester salon was absolutely super ! Talked me through the process from start to finish and put me at such ease! The hair growth underneath has been fantastic which shows what a super system this is for people with hair loss who are hoping it will grow back ! Mine has started to and is in super condition! Once again! Thanks to the lovely Dionne, professional from start to finish but super friendly too! This is such a lovely salon with a really nice bunch of people - just thought I’d share yet another wonderful experience in the hope it helps people who are considering this option! It’s just amazing!!!!SusanUpdate July 2023Today I have had my hair system removed, a transitional process to getting back to my own hair. It has now been 18 months since this was first fitted and this is the 3rd time I have had it removed for re-alignment. My own hair is thankfully growing back and today I have been able to have my natural hair coloured and instead of the whole system being refitted I have only had to have the parting done! Now this may not sound very impressive but trust me it is !!! I’ve actually got more of my own hair than anything else which considering how it was when I first went to Hair Solved is amazing!!! This really has been a life saver for me!! Hair loss is a devastating experience and unless it happens to you, you can’t imagine how horrid it is. Would I recommend this?? Of course I would!! I feel I’m definitely on the way to just having my own hair (85% there) which is a wonderful feeling!! Thank you to the lovely girls at the Manchester salon - you are a lovely gang!!!

I’ve used both the London & Manchester branches and emphatically recommend Hairsolved to any woman experiencing hairloss. It is a long term solution and does need upkeep, however I wish I’d taken the plunge years ago, having wasted so much time & ££££ on oils, creams, potions, vitamins and regular extensions in the past !

Five star treatment all the way. From my free consultation with Natalie, who explained in terms that I could understand, what system the Salon used, and the way it was integrated into my own hair. I was not pressurised to make a decision immediately but given time to consider all the options available.At my appointment Natalie fitted the integrated system, Very professional throughout the day. Lauryn then cut and styled my hair. Amazing. I can't believe the transformation. I feel so much more confident. Thankyou doesn't seem enough.

I have waited to review as I didn’t want to do an impulse review. I have been very dissatisfied with my 15 months with Hairsolved who I went to after being seduced by the good reviews onlineand desperate for a permanent solution. It was very expensive but I reckoned worth it - WRONG!I had two faulty partings initially swiftly replaced as they should be,but the quality never got better. Eventually when I raised issues they became very defensive blaming my treatment of it in many different ways which became quite aggressive when I denied any wrong doing (I took particularly good care of it but towards the end of my time there was too scared to do anything even wash it!). Myself and two other people were unable to curl the hair either so unless you wanted dead straight hair you were out of luck! I couldn’t even trust them to cut it well so wore tied back for a year!I never felt pampered it was always rushed and the few cuts I got (I refused them after a while) were very poorly done. It is more like a conveyer belt than a salon and one that charges every increasing prices at that (be warned) but the most shocking was it gives ONE MONTHS warranty on a £250+ parting which blew me away! Anyhow that was my experience, it may not be yours but I have spoken to several other dissatisfied customers so I am not a lone wolf! Needless to say I will stick to toppers/wigs it is not worth the aggro or expense imho!RESPONSE: I am pleased this review got a response but very disappointed that I didn’t get any apology or refund for my inferior service and goods as well as poor customer service. I spent over £1600 in my time there and not only did I receive faulty goods several times but the additional extensions I got in the back of my hair initially were removed without asking me if I wanted them removing and were then I was refused reattachment (and I had been charged for them! ) I could have taken this matter to Small Claims but due to my physical health problems didn’t want to put myself thru the stress, but I certainly feel I would have had a good case . That is not to mention the dilemma I now face worse off than before as I did like the concept of having a permanent hairpiece but it did affect my hair loss over time.I know I am not unique in being dissatisfied so I am glad they at least have been discussing my concerns but I doubt their practices will change much so all I would reiterate is be absolutely sure and prepared for a lot of upsellin g! I've been coming to Hairsolved in Manchester since October 2020. All of the technicians are brilliant (Dionne, Natalie and Laura I see most often), there's no judgement and you wouldn't think it's different to any other busy hair salon. I must mention stylist Rachel who really took the time yesterday to listen to what I wanted and what would work for me when cutting my hair, and talking me through all the options. It's a three hour trip door to door for me but completely worth the journey.

I have major hair loss and the system Hair Solved gave me changed everything. For years I’d ‘covered up’ wearing hats and scarves, having no confidence. Lacking hair is a major loss. The staff here were fabulous - from day one whenI walked out with a full head of hair it was life changing. Some of my family walked past me because they didn’t recognise me. Since then with follow up appointments nothing is too much trouble.
