We have been with Computime for almost a year now, the Time & Attendance package they provide is brilliant and calculates everything automatically. We were a bit concerned at first as we have quite a few bespoke shift patterns and rates, but the support team have been brilliant working with us to make sure everything works as we need. The self-service absence portal is also a great asset to any company and has saved us a lot of valuable time.

I've been using a Computime clocking system for over a decade and have had excellent support throughout that time. Computime are definitely one of the best providers out there.

The sales pitch for this software was very impressive, the equipment arrived in a timely manner and software was installed remotely to our system. It is easy to add and remove individuals from the system There has been the odd hic up but isn't there always with new software. No issues when we contact tech support they normally respond within a matter of hours. The only issue we are still having is being able to generate the current report that can be imported and accepted into our payroll system so we are currently working from the print out. Other then that we don't have any issues with this and it has more features such as the Bradford factor which we are now looking to implement as we never had this before.

Stay away from this company. software not fit for purpose. We have been trying to get this up and running since October last year and still not working. Customer service non existent. Clocking machines do not work properly and look very outdated.We have decided to cancel and choose another software system due to time spent now have outweighed time saved moving to this system. Would give no stars if could.

We have just received the update from time vision to realtime and are happy with the improvment we opted for the HR module too.

Absolute waste of time! No actual response from the so called it team, second guessing every technical error, compatibility that it was paid for, came out to not be compatible, the so called young directors do not take on any escalations, absolute waste of time and resources.

Very good system once it's all set up correctly, efficient help desk service if you have any problems or questions.
