Great professional care and treatment for me and my whole family. Care and consideration for nervous children, we have been seen quickly for emergency treatment on a number of occasions.

With deep regret I write this review but feel i was left no choice. Reached out to Greenpark Dental early last year after needing a new dentist. At the time I paid for my dental treatment. Once I made an appointment I was told I would be added to the6 month waiting list". Despite this I had 3-4 sessions where quite a lot of what I can only say was unnecessary work was completed replacing all my fillings despite having no problems whatsoever. Whilst I was very surprised at these requirements and paid my £600+ bill i put my trust in them that they were doing the right thing. Fast forward 7-8 months and my situation has changed and I am no longer paying for my dental treatment. I called to book an appointment to be told I was not a patient. When i explained my situation they said that whilst they did carry out the work they were no longer accepting new patients. I advised that I was to be placed on a waiting list but was given some roundabout explaination about Covid and their inability to accept new clients unless paying. Feel totally robbed if i'm honest. Happy to take my money previously and be told I would be added to "waiting list" but seemingly once your situation changes and you cannot pay for treatment the waiting list counts for nothing. Very very poor treatment of patients"

Tried to charge £50 for not showing up to a cancelled appointment and refused to be seen, absolute joke after hundreds of pounds being spent there over the last few months
