Many delicious food restaurant nearby. Parking price is more reasonable compare to other road side parking, especially park longer like 5 hours

Small car park, about 15 min walk to Castle. Fees reasonable for location. 24 hour parking available. Close to lots of local food outlets, smells great but may make you hungry !!

Nice car park next to the big mosque. A bit overpriced. Always full.

I’m afraid I can’t recommend this car park anymore! They now have a CCTV recognition system in place. When I returned to my car after 3 hours, the machine stated that it didn’t recognise my registration number & then asked me to input what time I’d arrived at. Tried to input my time of arrival (7pm) but for some reason all of the numbers were greyed out except 1 & 2, and it would only accept it if I input 12pm! So just to get my car out, I ended up paying £18.50 to park for 3 hours. No idea why their CCTV didn’t pick up my registration when I entered, but I do know I won’t park there again & will warn others.

Accepted Cash only when I visited in November 2022, and I only discovered this when i went to pay. Many people don't carry cash as most places accept Credit/Debit card in this day and age. This was a downside. Hopefully it starts taking card payments soon. Charges are adequate compared to extortionate Edinburgh parking charges. Dont mind paying if it goes towards the Masjid.

Parked during afternoon on the weekend and there were a good selection of spaces. A little tight manoeuvring a van but not impossible. Car park is cash only. I heard people have had issues using notes recently so I took coins with me to pay and that was not an issue. Exiting car park was an issue because the barrier did not raise after inserting my ticket. I called the mobile number on the barrier machine and someone came out promptly (at 23:30) and used a key to open the barrier.

Fantastic location, especially if visiting the festival theatre nearby. Very easy system for contactless payment and reasonably priced aswell. Will happily use this carpark again.

It's a good parking area and can be recommended in general. Unfortunately our credit card was debited twice at the same time (May 11th 2023). The contact number is not working so we ask to submit a contact (preferable E-Mail) for solving this issue.

I paid £16.50 for my number plate yesterday at the machine and when I drove out of the car park I was charged £13.50 again. There was no one to help with this issue. A very bad experience!
