MOT and yearly service for my Kona at Tates Hyundai in Portslade was excellent.Service was carried out under my service plan.I was well received. Work was done efficiently and well on time. A beautifully clean car was returned to me and I was home earlier than I had expected.Also always a treat to have tea and a cake at the nearby Tates Garden Centre- a perfect afternoon!Thank you Natalie and all at Tates.

Fantastic experience with Max at Tates Hyundai of Brighton. Max was very personable, knowledgeable and patient. There was no hard sell and a relaxed atmosphere at all times. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. I am delighted with the vehicle, which was immaculate on collection. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought a lot of cars!). Top marks to Max and all at Tates.

Whilst I was updated , I believe I was fobbed off with answers that just do not make any sense , like it’s a common fault? , well if it a common fault why have Hyundai not sorted it, or let the customer before you purchase the car ! and telling me that I have to get winter tyres is just ridiculous, I have been a Hyundai customer for at least 6 years and I have never had cause to complain, but on this occasion, I feel like Hyundai have fallen very short of the mark ! Very unhappy customer

Fantastic team at Tates Hyundai Portslade, i’ve now bought my second car from them and can’t complain, both times iv been looked after by max and have always been given a 10/10 service. Handover of new car today, have found all the staff who I have dealt with very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. Max today was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time explaining all the controls, very helpful with good detail. Great customer service and was assured of future help if needed. Second new car bought over the years from Tates of Portslade and would still highly recommend them to others.
