We were disappointed to see that our springer still had tufts of long hair sticking out here and there after her groom. After phoning, we took her back to have them trimmed off- which he did after a fashion. He then told us he didn’t want our sort of custom and had cancelled our forward appointment. How totally unprofessional is that?
