We left Broughton vets because we'd moved house and had to travel much further, plus their out of hours vets were so far, it was the practical thing to do. I recently returned when my lurcher was limping because my new vets were not answering the phone.I feel like their covid restrictions are reasonable, I have no concerns waiting outside as I think it's less stressful for the dog. You don't feel forgotten, they were really quick to come out, I wasn't waiting long at all. We saw Monica who I felt really understood the concern I had with my dog's history and the obvious worries that comes with a Greyhound cross and limping (the dreaded osteosarcoma). She took an extremely thorough exam, didn't rush at all, and explained everything really clearly. I went away feeling confident that I could contact Monica with any concerns and that I'd been taken seriously. Bessie feeling much better now.

Very poor customer service and communication. I popped in today to find out if my cat’s blood test results are in after 5 days waiting as I was told it would take 48hours.I was told by the receptionist that the blood test results have come in and waiting for the vet to contact me. I was told they will be contacting me by the end of today. And guess what they never called me. Looks like I will have pop in tomorrow to remind them . I am seriously thinking about looking for another Vets as iam NOT happy with this one.

We took out a care plan for our two cats and found the vets here to be very good. Sadly one of the ladies on reception is not of the same standard. We have had more than one poor experience with this person. She is rude, abrupt and doesn't appear to know the policies and plans of her practice. We have had wasted journeys to pick up treatments after the vets had texted to say it was ready. We were overcharged for the first vaccinations and made to feel like it was our fault when we queried. Though we found the vets really good we could not recommend due to the front of house service.

Excellent. Brought my dog in for a check up as not very well swallowed part of a ball. Taken straight in for scans and xrays and emergency surgery. Cannot fault them very professional would like to thank the surgeon Frasier for his great work. Still have my baby and she is on the mend. Thank you all so very much.

I took my new puppy Bubble to this vets for the first time today for her 1st injection, the receptionists although busy were really pleasant.The vet Chris was brilliant.

What a shock and a pleasant one at that.This was our first visit. The vet treated us with respect despite us being both retired. We left confident that the cause of our pet's problem had been found and that the treatment outlined would work. Surprisingly, for the first time in over two years with other vets in the area, we weren't offered a blood test 'just in case'.We left confident that the vet knew what she was doing and could be trusted.My only complaint concerns her watch which appeared to be running fifteen minutes behind the rest of the UK as we were kept waiting rather a long time for our appointment. Maybe vets don't operate to GMT but VMT.Nevertheless we were impressed and felt our pets might, at last, be in safe hands.

The practice were very caring and quick acting when I called, we were seen quickly and my dog was well looked after whilst in the care of the vets and nurses. It’s always a relief to know your precious family members are so well cared for. Brèagha got lots of cuddles and had to go to the overnight vets who were also brilliant. I thoroughly recommend this vet practice.

Amazing vets, every single person from beginning to end has been so kind and caring every single visit. They work tirelessly but it doesn’t affect how incredible they are which doesn’t happen often. Can’t thank them enough best vets I’ve been too.

Super helpful team, what have been quick with prescriptions and advice. Reasonable costs considering how expensive Vet treatment often is.

Our nervous rescue dog Max is so anxious about the vets. However the staff have been brilliant and have always made time for him to help build up his confidence. He gets better each time we bring him, thanks to the staffs patience and understanding.
