Pepe Garden Furniture

Just bought our second Pepe swing seat Slightly bigger one for us this tine .Having given our 15 year old one to our holiday guests to enjoy in there part of the Holiday cottage garden .Love the new one equally as much and with the seat pad also very lovely in the grey . Have had the Lilla 2 seater swing for 20 years now .. it’s is still going strong. Comfortable and admired by all .. quality product worth every penny. Recently purchased the rocking sun lounger (gift for a milestone birthday) which we also love .. recommend these products highly!

We bought a swing seat a few years ago having seen them at the Chelsea flower show, and then being surprised and delighted to find they were a local company. It is very comfortable, beautifully made, solid as a rock. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

We have had our three seater garden swing for four years. It is used on almost a daily basis and we couldn't be happier with it. Over the years the maintenance has been minimal with us purchasing the clear preservative from the company. I have only recently had to tighten all the bolts holding the swing together which over time have slackened off. I intend to give the wood a light sanding this year and will probably continue with the clear wood preservative. Having seen some painted Pepe garden furniture at Wisleys flower show this week we might paint our purchase just for a change next year. The company installed our swing originally while we were out and came back and replaced a piece of the wood which had split on the surface ,without fuss, again about a year later while we were out again. I cannot speak highly enough of their service, they clearly care about customer satisfaction. The long purple cushion that we purchased for the swing has lasted really well and makes the seat perfectly comfortable for sitting or lying on. The green canopy isn't a full sun shade but does keep bird mess and other debris from landing on you. We did a lot of research before buying this furniture and wouldnt hesitate in recommending it to anyone, you won't be disappointed. We have also been told it should have a 20 year life expectancy so that makes it good value for money.

This glorious weather has given plenty of opportunity to enjoy our fantastic rocker seat. We love it! It is as good as the day we bought it.Thank you Pepe furniture. The best and longest-lasting RHS Chelsea purchase.

I have owned a Pepe Garden Furniture table and chairs since 1998 it has been outside in our garden and it still looks great dispite the fact that I have never treated it untill this year! And so I have sanded my table and chairs and the knowledgeable staff at Pepe have sent me a 2.5 litre tin of Pepe preservative which I have applied. The furniture looks brilliant and we look forward to another twenty years of use, except I will now treat my furniture annually. Bought a beautiful Adirondack chair at Tatton Park Flower Show. Unknown to me, arrived as a flat pack and with a faulty cushion, which was replaced, but customer service was lacking bucustomer service was

I bought a 3 seater swing from Pepe garden furniture, after it was delivered it wasn't as expected, when I sat on it and tried to swing it , it just wouldn't go back and forth but went side to side, the canopy is useless as does not provide shade. It was very difficult to engage these people to understand that I wanted to return the swing and have a refund.In the end I lost 240 pounds and did not get all my money back.Please make sure to ask about their return policy, before buying, also make sure you sit on it for good few minutes to see its movement.This has put me off buying from local and small retailers.

Just Googled Pepe as we're moving house and need a set of chairs and a table for the new garden. I was really surprised to see a bad review on the list, as I have had many dealings with this company over the years. I felt compelled to throw in my two bobs worth to balance things up a bit.I bought my first swing from Pepe about 15 years ago which still sits in my garden today (picture attached). I have probably spent thousands of hours rocking away on the thing, reading my book and sipping wine; I can confidently say, it is the nicest item of garden furniture I have ever owned. I have never treated it or shown it any care at all, and it has remained sturdy and strong the whole time; needing only the occasional tweak of the bolts and chain adjustment, as the wood expands and contracts over the years. It has lasted three house moves, had kids jumping all over it, and supported my increasing weight as the years have rolled on.I also own folding chairs, a bench, and two garden chairs, all of which are still in use and remain strong as ever. I've been so pleased with these products that I've bought many items as presents for friends and family over the years.What I thought odd about the other review is that she says the swing doesn't go back and forth and doesn't keep the sun off. I can't understand this as I bought one of those three seaters last year for my mum; it swings back and forth fine, and provides shade from the sun when its over head. Needless to say my mum absolutely loves it.The staff at Pepe have always been great to deal with. I'm not comfortable with the tone the other review took. My dealings with Pepe have always been easy going and efficient. You won't find better if you're looking for garden furniture that lasts. There we go!

I have had a small swing for over 2 years and it still looks like new, including the cushion. It’s my go to place to relax and take in the evening sun after a days work and is regularly used at other times. I bought it when I moved house and it was one of my best garden investments as it’s extremely comfortable and robust and I wouldn’t be without it. Thank you Pepe!
