The Maltings Dental Surgery

I have challenging dental issues, so was a little nervous about my checkup.My negative experiences with a previous, old-school dentist have scarred me emotionally.However, Dr Shreeya Patel was re-assuring, kind, gentle and non-judgemental.She was professional and explained her findings in layman terms, taking her time to provide options and advice.Her nurse, Roxanna was also the same- I was lucky to have both for my appointment. They are both an asset to the practice.Thank you both. I will be back!

Great dentist - super helpful.Reception staff are rude and unprofessional. On their personal phones, dressed in tracksuits, talk to each other about personal things whilst booking your appointment.Also very difficult to get through on the phone, I end up going in to book.

Great experience at this dentist despite being anxious about dental appointments in the past. Dr Puja has been thorough and lovely at each appointment and I now feel much more comfortable is the dental chair! Thank you.

Staff are friendly and efficient. I was seen the moment I arrived (a little before my appointment time). Treatments seem a little more expensive than elsewhere, but worth it for the convenience and quality of service

I was quite anxious about getting my teeth cleaned, but my experience this time was excellent. I am particularly grateful to the dentist, Dr. Maria Sakali, and her team for their thorough explanations, ensuring I understood every detail. I must also commend the reception staff for their kindness and warmth. Without any prompting, they actively reached out multiple times to arrange for translation services on my behalf. If I ever encounter dental issues in the future, I will definitely seek their care again."

I am very happy with the services that I have received including checking teeth status and teeth cleansing. My dentist Maria is very knowledgeable and pleasant, also very friendly to children. The only issue that I had is relevant to administration including the number of emails that I receive for a reminder for teeth check-up, which were received much earlier than the check up due date. This resulted to going to the surgery without needing too. The issue arises when you book an appointment online that apparently leads to creation of multiple patient profiles. I have asked for this to be resolved multiple times but with no solution. I hope that they will take it on board. Other wise as I said my dentist is brilliant.

Excellent dental service from Dr Jalota, she is great with my little ones, very patient. The practice was very understanding when I had to reschedule. Only reason for 4 stars is that they always seem to be running late.

Ive been coming to this dental surgery for around 6 months after being turned away at most others due to availability. The service is always good and waiting times for an appointment are good. Not months like most places at the moment. The dentists that ive seen here are all friendly and professional and explain the process well.
