I have been renting with Cooper Giles for 2 and a half years now and they have been so great and supportive, whenever issues arise they always get their regular guys in to fix it quickly. My young daughter loves to wave and chat to Penny when she sees her around the Crystal Palace. By far the best and most personable estate agents in the Palace.

I enquired about a property in Crystal Palace, left my details and received no call back, no email, nothing.Safe to say, I went with another agency who know how to give a great customer experience.Definitely avoid.

These guys have always been great estate agents to have, while renting in Crystal Palace. They charged us barely any fees when we first moved in (I think about £200), no renewal fees, and always happy to bring in help when we’ve had issues with the flat. These guys make a welcome change from the other money grabbing b****ds that you would usually expect in London. Cheers Penny!
