Alternator died on my van after a 4 hour drive from Sheffield to Southampton, managed to limp it to J S autos, explained i was desperate as i couldn't get home. They was so busy but still sorted it for me! new Alternator and belts fitted and i was on my way home...excellent service would 100% recommend

I can not speak more highly of the owner and his staff who were extremely kind and helpful to me when I brought my 3 grandchildren to Southampton for the England Lioness’ s game.If they provide such kindness to a total stranger it speaks volumes about how must treat their regular customers

Quite disappointed!!!! Changed 3 bulbs just over 4 weeks ago including a brake light. Garage was recommended by my brother-in-law. However the brake light wasn’t working last night all of a sudden. I had a feeling that the bulb had a loose connection so went to the garage this morning and explained to the receptionist and asked if they can have a quick look. I was told to book it in as they’re extremely busy. And another guy in the back was trying to cover up saying it can be a longer job when I said it only needs two screws out to have a look at the brake light. So I left and went to another garage and they looked at it. All it needed was to put bulb properly in its socket. Took less than a minute! And didn’t charge anything. I will NOT use this garage and neither will recommend to anyone.

I know jellie years and years when I was delivery driver and with my cars over the years and now with work vans would highly recommend giving them a go nothing is too much trouble ! The staff warm and welcoming
