Great service, really helpful and no up selling. We were sold carpets to suit our needs, and they are perfect.Really good quality, the fitting was perfect, no need to call them back.I’ll definitely go back when I do the bedrooms!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Amblecote store...Order carpet to be fitted following week. We cleared the master bedroom very early of the morning of the fitting date, old carpet too. Waiting for the fitted to arrive late morning ". I.30 pm still no fitter

Very poor customer service, a member of staff was very rude to us. Despite us already waiting for help, another customer arrived and the staff member served them first, then when we told him we were waiting for some help he replied very rudely, so we took our business elsewhere.

Excellent company. Good prices. They have carpeted most of our house since we moved to the area and their range is very good. They also fitted vinyl floors in our kitchen and bathroom, the latter very awkward shape, but still perfectly done. Keith is a great fitter.

They appear to have a lot of carpets in stock which means they can fit relatively quickly if needed. There's a wide choice which seem to be at reasonable prices. I thought we received genuine advice with no pushy selling. We made our choice and the carpet was fitted when they said, I am more than happy.Convenient parking in front of the store.

I didn't find their prices very cheap and the sales man we spoke to seemed most uninterested when he realised we were on a tight budget for a pair room. It might have been completely different had we a larger project but I will never know as I won't be going back. They didn't have a fitter available for many weeks ahead either.

Absolutely fantastic service.!!!!We called in on a Monday - whole house to be done - chose carpet - ordered it- and it was delivered by Thursday. All previous floor covering removed and taken away . All carpets fitted - beautifully- downstairs rooms / hall stairs and landing/ and three bedrooms - by Saturday. Fantastic service.Well done Mark , Luke and the team. …. Sensible price too . Thank you .

Amazing range of carpets and also offfcuts, fast and fantastic fitting. Always helpful staff. The second time we have been there for carpet and won't now go anywhere else!
