Great company to provide us transportation from the airport to our hotel.

Awful service, driver was rude, car was very smelly and dirty inside then driver overcharged by £20.....avoid at all costs

Raj saved me when the cab driver decided to leave with my cellphones. He saw that I was in distress and saved me. We chased the driver through the streets of London. God bless you , Raj. Thank you and I hope you enjoyed the McDonalds .

Excellent company

Horrible company. Do not use. Quoted us a price over the phone. When the driver arrived he refused to drive us unless we paid him double. The company sent another driver. The first driver chased down the second driver and told him not to take us unless the price was more. He then refused to drive us unless we doubled the price. We refused. Called the company again. They confirmed the original price and would send a third driver. We found another company on google and used them. Same price, no issues.

Horrible experience! The hotel called this company to take us down the street which was literally 3 minutes away and they charged us the same about that we paid from the airport to the hotel with a taxi! I couldn’t believe it! The driver was so rude and confrontational. He literally raised his voice when we asked why didn’t you turn on the meter when you picked us up and he didn’t answer us but yet started yelling that we needed to pay the ridiculous amount he was quoting us! Worst customer service and unprofessional! I will never use them again. Be aware if you use this service as they rip you off and have poor customer service.
