I would highly recommend James. In just a few appointments he has made an amazing difference to the pain I was in with my shoulder. His exercise advice was easily doable. And unlike some physios he does more than just suggest exercises. Thanks James. You are a star.

Fantastic service from James. I was suffering with my ankle and James was amazing! Very knowledgeable and gave me some exercises to do at home. We booked another session but James openly said if I was better before then and felt like I didn't need it then was more then happy for me to cancel which I thought was great. I decided to use James as he was only round the corner from me but I'm so glad I did! I would recommend anyone looking for a physio to get in touch with James

James has made a real difference to the pain I had with my hip and knee problems, however through this treatment he has also manage to help with back pain that I have had for years from having children. It is wonderful to be pain free now.

James is a fantastic physiotherapist. He has helped me to recover from my injury with only a few sessions and given me great advice to prevent injuries in future. He advised on a series of exercises as part of my treatment and always took the time to demonstrate these fully and modify as needed. If I ever need physiotherapy treatment again I wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else. Thank you!

I had a trapped nerve in my neck which hugely reduced my strength on the left side of my back and arm. Within a few sessions James had freed it up completely to enable me to get back to full strength! I am happy to highly recommend him!

JL physio has been able to put me back into a position where I am free of pain and able to exercise comfortably again. James is very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me exercises for a metatarsal injury which had me limping for rather a long time. Now I am back running (slowly) and enjoying the gym. I would highly recommend JL physio plus they are at the Northern Gateway Sports Facility so ideal for parking.

James is amazing. I had plantar fasciitis, which is extremely painful, but he massaged my foot and leg, gave me lots of exercises to strengthen the muscles and cured my injury. I would thoroughly recommend him to help anyone who suffers with this. Thank you James for all your help.

I had approximately 20 physio sessions with James to treat my injuries suffered from a road traffic accident. James is very friendly, understanding and has great knowledge on exercises and methods that have massively helped me to progress in my long recovery.
