not used for few years we bought my engagement ring and within 3 months 2 stones came out I went back to get them to fix was told without receipt couldn't help even though he said I remember you buying it couple months ago but I still can't help and that was the owner so we had to go to another jewelers and pay to get it fixed and again more stones came out within a year we ended up buying a ring from different jewelers

*** Avoid this Shop *** the man is abrupt, rude and extremely unhelpful. He needs a lesson in customer service skills! Spoke to a few other Jewellers in the town centre and they were more than helpful.

Went in looking for a special charm for our daughter and was really amazed with the standard of respect for covid rules. From being made aware that a mask must be worn, sanitising stations and even handling of payment cards, it was so reassuring that the owner is still very much helping protect others as well as himself and his business.The range of charms available is phenomenal. The owner didn't try and force anything on us which usually happens, he happily let us browse and pointed us in the direction of anything we requested. I would highly recommend this small business for all your Nomination needs. Just remember your mask or you'll miss out on great bargains

Got quit a few items from shop staff were helpful and prices were very good

Never even got to speak was told I wouldn't be getting served without a mask on. The guy is arrogant beyond belief Greys down the escalators were more than helpful. If there was a minus star option he would get - 5 ☆
