Timpson’s in Sainsbury’s at Beaconsfield has the most friendly guy working for them. He was so polite and organised my passport photo quickly and efficiently and I was so impressed with his service I will certainly use this branch again.

Great experience and service this morning getting keys made

Fantastic service and support. Last week I got a couple of keys cut, which didn't fit when I got home. Went back today, new keys cut, no questions asked, fitted fine. Lovely, friendly service from Llewellyn, thank you

Very friendly guy, has always been helpful and knowledgeable when answering my various enquiries, never had an issue with getting keys etc done, quick and professional service. Some of these reviews sound ridiculously entitled honestly.

I really don't understand the poor reviews... the guy who runs the shop was incredibly helpful when I went in for a number of keys (some that took quite a bit of work to figure out what they ever were!)I wouldn't hesitate in going back for any key cutting I need in future!

Waste of time and effort. This store does not warrantr even one star. went in to get a yale key cut. told by brusque south african that it as a 'special' security key. I had to write a letter of authority to get a blank cut then give the security numbers on the key and they would be sent to my home address. For this privelidge I was charged £60!No keys arrived so rang store to be told that allegedly the SA guy had rung me to tell me he needed the key so that it could be sent away Problem : I only have one key and I need that for access to my property, hence the reason for wanting spare keys. I cannot send them 'away' hence the reason to go to get a key cut at timpsonsOne phone call to me is poor service as I was on holiday and no message was left.Timpsons have had a £60 interest free loan from me for a service they did not provide.I can buy a replacement yale high securty lock with 3 keys on amazon for £39.98.£60 for two keys is a rip off.Avoid Timpsons. If you use this store and the guy sounds South African turn around and walk out.

Friendly, helpful South African man behind the counter. He repaired my boots while I waited. Very quick service. Knowledgeable about stock and recommended items. I will return with my watch for repair and to purchase a sign. This Chalfont St Peter Timpsons is a 30 minute drive from my home but is much friendlier and welcoming than my local Timpsons.

Very helpful and experienced. Replaced watch battery on a expensive wedding gift. Job well done thank you friend. Will be back again.

I had my son's passport photo taken here. The passport photo includes a code for the passport office. Excellent service. The man at the shop extremely polite.
