Rang Ref re delivering a parcel Kian was very polite very helpful great customer service thank you

Had a large parcel delivered the week before Christmas in the turmoil resulting from the Royal Mail strikes. Unfortunately the parcel was unable to be delivered next day, but the day after (as the company who I purchased the product from cautioned may happen). Not only were they exceptionally helpful when I emailed them for an update so I could ensure someone was in to receive the parcel (and the online tracking was perfectly up to date), but the delivery driver was courteous enough to knock before bringing the parcel to the door, as the item was clearly visible on the packaging, to ensure no Christmas present surprises would be revealed, this is in stark contrast to other couriers who barely knock at the door. (P.s. I’m posting this review on both their main national address as well as on that of the local office who were so helpful)

By far the worst ever courier I've ever had to deal with. Next day delivery and 4 days later no sign of my parcel. The customer services team lie and say the parcel is on its way when you look at the tracker the van is heading back to the depot. The first attempt the driver stated that a card was left at the address when it wasn't. I've wasted 2 days waiting in for a none existent delivery and now the parcel which was time critical is of no use to me if it arrives. Useless.

Absolutely terrible, I just required some advice and required to speak to an actual person.

My experience with DEL was not what the ratings state, I missed a parcel delivery & was emailed, then collected from the Bredbury depot where a very polite gentleman named Neil was very helpful & attentive.No negatives from here.Well done guys.

An urgent parcel was meant to be delivered in 24hrs between the hours of 14:00-16:00. I have been tracking the delivery driver all day to find the driver has gone back to the depot, I thought ok no problem they have probably gone back to restock the van. Rang the depot at 17:30 and was assured it would be delivered before 6, the delivery drivers are working till 7. But yet again the van wasnt moving from the depot carpark, then tried to ring the depot again and got a automate machine telling me the office closed at 6 and would be open from 8. Absolutely shocking service yet again from APC, I've been lied to and robbed of a supposed guaranteed 24hr delivery. This is the 2nd time I have been completely let down by this supposed delivery service. Not anymore.

We have indirectly used this company in the past and had some major issues recently with some very sensitive consignments. Two days running and a very poor service in terms of communication. Tried contacting several times to get updates to be told the driver is 15 minutes away. This being after 1 hour 30 minute delay. When I finally got through I was informed that the driver was agency and wasnt going to be used again, yet I had little confidence that this would be the case.

Some of the rudest and most incompetent customer service I have ever received. They claimed to have tried to deliver my parcel 3 times, despite leaving no notes or attempting to contact me. When i eventually contacted them, the customer service" person who spoke to me was extraordinarily rude. Avoid at all costs!!"

I have used this company for many years but recently had an issue which they now refuse to acknowledge. An expensive item was returned to me undelivered, apparently run over by a forklift truck or similar. I provided the information requested but, not only have I been invoiced for the service, they have now rejected my claim by email, even though it was the company themselves who alerted me to the damage! Unresponsive on Facebook, phone calls not returned and they won't put me in direct contact with the claims team.

Damage to property - delivery driver used the doorbell immediately followed by extremely loud knocks. Unfortunately and only the next day, it was obvious he had used the mobile device to knock on the door and made indentations in the wood. I’m trying to get some action for the repair but at present to joy. If no feedback soon, I’ll need to escalate to higher management.
