I have completed the 1 on 1 Stretch Therapy course with Carmen Rosa and I can’t recommend her course enough, I first discovered stretch therapy by being a client of Carmen’s and received stretchy therapy treatment, the results were so impactful that I became fascinated by it and I decided to enroll in Carmen’s stretch therapy course to learn more!Carmen is passionate, patient and full of knowledge, she is a fantastic teacher, and thanks to her course I now have the tools I need to start my journey as a stretch therapist!

I cannot recommend Stretch Therapy LDN enough!Carmen is very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away, I let her know where I was having trouble in my neck and she knew what areas needed to be worked on. She paid a lot of attention to detail, while explaining to me exactly what she was doing, her knowledge in her field is outstanding! Cannot wait for more sessions, thank you so much Carmen!

I came to see Carmen last year the day after my first ever ultra marathon as I my whole body was extremely stiff, I could barley move my legs and I was in a lot of pain, after just one session with Carmen I had my mobility back, I was pain free and was finally able to walk down the stairs! Carmen is now my go to person who I see before and after any of my marathon events, pre race she helps me with my mobility and helps me stay injury free and post race she helps me massively with my recovery as I am usually so sore I can barley touch my toes after a race!Carmen is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and I highly, highly recommend her!

At 60 years of age, I have seen major improvements in my health conditions thanks to Carmen’s positive advice and exercise recommendations. With her training I feel and look much more toned in a short space of time and my energy levels are noticeably higher. I have seen a few physios for over a year now and can say Carmen’s service stands out as she has progressed the physios exercise recommendations. This is helping my lower back pain and generally given me a lot of insight when it comes to how my body works and how to best manage it and overcome some of my injuries with my last health conditions. I hope I can continue getting those great complimentary massages !

I was recommended to see Carmen through a mutual professional after years of lower back pain and trying different treatments to help cure it.Having stretch therapy sessions not only helped my pain disappear but has increased my mobility, my understanding of my own body and given me the ability to lift heavy in the gym.Carmen’s post session care is second to none and I can’t recommend her services enough.Carmen is professional, kind, understanding and fun. I love seeing her regularly.

Carmen is super talented at listening to your body, helping to ease areas of tension and stress, at soothing pain and improving your posture. Her skills in both stretch therapy and massage combined are perfect for back, neck and shoulder issues, and posture issues. Her massages are amazing - she is so knowledgeable about the body and what your muscles need. With her stretch therapy expertise, she will help you to stretch muscles you didn't even know you had and show you how many muscles are connected to different areas of tension. I would highly recommend her!

Carmen is truly amazing. We had a stretch therapy session that left me speechless. It was truly a transformative experience and sorted out all of my tight areas, inflammation and knots. I’m also an active person who has an IT band syndrome that acts up quite a bit, and the therapy has given me relief I haven’t ever experienced in traditional physio therapy! Thank you so much Carmen!

Carmen is great. She diagnosed quickly what my neck/shoulder issues were and saw immediate improvements after treatment. Definitely recommend. She is very knowledgeable and explains fully the areas she can help.
