4 week in advance booking for an important weekend works, I placed a call at mid day on the date of delivery to confirm and told yes all booked and the skip fails to be delivered. No phone calls received to tell me. I made a call on the Saturday to be fobbed off with a truck went off the road at 3pm. More like the drive just finished for the day. No skip till Monday. From now on I will be finding a more reliable service else where.

I have already posted a review but their service has gotten even worse that I'm forced to put one out again. They have missed the collection day for the last 6 7 weeks running. The people on the call always lie, make fake promises. But to no avail. The driver doesn't come. They say tomorrow, yet again he doesn't come. We put thr bin out, our neighbours complanin as it has been there for too long. But these guys do not understand that the company doesn't collect it. We have had many altercations but yet this company is so poor in their customer service and their actual job. Horrible horrible people from top to bottom. I wonder how they sleep at night without seeing their lies and how it impacts other businesses and people around the businesses.Would not recommend to any one else.

My skip should be collected 7 days ago still no body come. I sent couple emails and staff promise me collect skip at other day unfortunately skip still block my driveway.

This is a great one.1. Unit next door ordered a new bin. (with a lock)2. BW delivered it to me, and took my original one away.3. Unit next door spent time and numerous phone calls trying to sort the problem, and got very frustrated with the promises but no action.4. Three weeks later they turned up, rolled my bin to his unit, took his bin away, now I have no bin.5. Two emails, three phone calls, four weeks, still no bin.6. It will be with you this Friday. It wasn't7. It will be with you this Tuesday. It wasn't.Each time we have to phone, explain the absolute shambles and bizarre scenario, while the rubbish is piling up.Better than that. When we queried having to pay for a bin we haven't had for weeks, we were told WE had to email someone else. Why do WE have to phone/email someone else? Its your company, you messed it up.Who knows who runs the place, but they should be embarrassed.

The bin collections are regularly missed. When you call the office it rings out. When you do get through they say the driver couldn't complete his round or staff illness, but it happens way too often. They then promise that they'll collect but often fail. As the bin is already full, I then have no choice but to compact the bin to get extra waste in-they then have the audacity to say its overweight and charge excess fees- if they collected on time it wouldn't be overweight. They have increased prices and recently added some surcharge on for something or other yet still don't complete their contracted service that they have been paid for in advance.

Used this company three times now, brilliant service, prompt delivery and removal always on time. Friendly and efficient staff, always take care when dropping off and collecting the skip.Highly recommend

Unfortunately, in the 8 months I have used the services from this company, I received only 3 weeks of prompt service. No calls were returned to the numerous calls I made regarding other issues I also had with their service. I was offered a lockable bin as a gesture of goodwill for the service (or lack of) I had received and then they charged me and the bin did not lock!! When I called to query this, my calls were never returned ! I would avoid this company and pay little extra for a service that one would expect

Bins haven’t been collect in over two weeks, every time i’ve rang up no ones been helpful and been fed lies. WORST company around, would not recommend.

Excellent service, keep you very up to date with the orders and for a reasonable price. Their website also allows you to book online without any delays, which most companies dont allow you to do so easily. Highly recommended for a quick, easy service.

Company doesn't collect the waste as per the contracted days, when the office is called we kept on being told either we will call you back or the bins will be collected today. which never happens company has no transparency to customers. Will be looking for a new provider if this occurs once more. would not recommend this company to others.
