My husband went to the Brade Drive Timsons to get a couple of dog tags. The quality of the dog tags and the engraving was very good but the same could not be said for the member of staff. My husband had to wait an hour for him to come back as there was a notice on the door saying he would be back in one hour and when he did come back he was extremely rude and quite honestly his attitude was dreadful. I would think twice about going to that particular Timsons in future

Went to get my new watch bracelet adjusted Coventry Brade Drive. Shop states on its web site open 09.00- 18.00 I arrived at 13.00 to find it closed. Another customer was waiting, he told me they were closed for lunch.I waited half hour for them to open. I suggested to the young man who served me, it would be an idea to advertise lunch break on their web page. He told me that wasn’t possible they took their break when they could. I don’t understand why they can’t have a fixed break time everyone would know then. I was very satisfied with the service just not happy with the wait.

Far to expensive go to the ironmongers better and cheaper

Today afternoon very rude English guy with long hair works there.

The guy with a long hair there was extremely rude and his attitude was dreadful. I wanted to buy shoes protection and asked him for advice but he was so rude to me and I just went out ! No way that I will go to that Timsons in the future !

Very rude young man needs sacking and replacing..Don't go there...he was rude when I took them in and when I picked them up...Timpsons what are you doing?asked if I could pay by card please he said No I said cash...there was a card machine on counter...swore at me too before I left...never again...

Unreliable and not the best quality unfortunately. Had my boots resoled in July. Got them home and one wasn't level, so I took them back within 2 days and the man (young, longer hair) did it again (very begrudgingly - he clearly wasn't having a very good day).I've worn them 5 times since (at work - so from my car to the office and back to my car), and one of the heels is loose because the staple came out, so they're unwearable again. I can't remember the exact price but it was around £15-20 - what a waste.It's too late to get them redone at this branch but I wouldn't anyway. I'd recommend finding a more experienced cobblers. Only giving them 2 stars because they replaced my watch battery when I first dropped the boots off and the older gent was friendly/polite.

The guy with the long hair is not nice. Been there twice and both times had a problem. Yesterday want £40 for key I said it was a special order one months. Eyedens made a key for £12.99 in 5 minutes.

Asked about the price of 5 keys to be cut, they wanted £45. Absolute joke. In the end I went to R J PARKER and got them done for £18
