This has been by far the worst shop I have ever gone to, rudeness and irresponsibility of staff is like there is no tomorrow for them.awful online service, I bought an industrial extractor fan from these guys online, after around 12 days I called them to see what was going on with the order. it was said that the item had just arrived and would be sent in a couple of days. I gave them a call about 2 days later and they said they were out of stock. I called them with another number a few minutes later and started the conversation like a new buyer and they suddenly had that extractor “restocked”. At the end of the day I ended up going there in person and paying £30 more than the price on the website. Awful, rude and rootless staff, tarnishing the image of the company. I was gonna get 15 more units but I would rather burn my money than giving too these rootless people

Used to go 21st for one person only and when he left had trouble to get in touch with him but thank god!!!! I found him. OZZY (cant believe 21st was not his)

Waste of time, ordered before 9am and payed for next day delivery before 1pm then as items did not arrive in time so I phoned to see if they could check for me only to find out that the items had not even been sent yet so i asked if they would turn up next day as it is a Saturday and could not be sure so I canceled. Poor customer service!

Very nice people to do business with. We were responsible for building the website so have had a lot of contact with these guys and from day one they have treated us very well. Would recommend them, a great bunch of guys.
