The first time I went to HENNA JEWELLERS, I was only doing window shopping to buy some jewellery for my wedding anniversary and just because of helpful staff and very professional management i got the perfect gift for my wife, that's why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND henna jewellers for their friendly attitude, professionalism and competitive price.

Worst service and very greedy owner. I came to repair my ring and there was clear mis communication, half the job was done but not what we agreed I was told as a compensation it’ll be fixed but regardless it would not of had fixed the issue that I had with the ring and I requested my money back or even half of it but no Asians (the owner) don’t know how to give refunds they’ll try and compensate you by fixing the ring but not with money !!! Never going to give my service here ever again !! I wish I had gone to another shop to fix my issue the owner here is very arrogant and thinks he’s better than everyone and knows it all he done a rubbish job and he fails to admit it !!

I bought two pairs of earrings.They have a wide range of items, and some designs were quite unique compared to what's available in other stores.However, customer service was terrible. The ladies present kept making little comments within themselves and were very pushy for sale. They were reluctant to show different designs and had an overall unfriendly attitude.As we were distracted with the kids, we didn't double-check the breakdown they gave us for each item.This is something you must do. The calculations shown to us were not correct according to the current gold price. We paid a lot more than what the items were worth.It's definitely been an overpriced experience for us, but if you do your own calculations alongside what they show you, then you'll avoid paying more than necessary.We will visit again. This time, we'll be sure to recheck everything before purchasing.Hope they'll improve their customer service by then.

very poor service and adversities misleading information. I went to get a piercing and bought a gold nose stud and they told me to come back next week to pierce.. and next week comes and they tell me the same thing again. Very disappointed with my experience. I spoke to staff tahira begum and was even more unimpressed as she was refusing to state her name and lied at first. She did not reassure me or tell me any reason as to why the piercings were not available that week. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Mr Ali , the boss should train staff better at communicating effectively to customers and how to go by situations.

I ordered my husband’s platinum wedding ring with henna jewellers earlier this year and it turned out even better than I had expected! My order was placed with great communication and advice from the staff and within the time they had promised my ring was ready to collect. They even threw in free engraving in the band which gave it such a personal touch. I have been back there on numerous occasions for so many other occasions such as gifting and repairs and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend to all!
