Had a funeral here for my Nan a couple years ago, still haven’t received the ashes for her as they are withholding them from us! Can’t even lay her to rest. Absolutely disgusting and illegal

I collect my dads ashes this morning and can't thank Peter Morris Funerals Directors enough for all their help. I didn't chose them myself as I had been estranged from my dad and the council where originally arranged his funeral. His death came as a shock to me and Peter Morris' receptionist helped me take over arrangements and guided me through the process amazing. I only dealt with her during the whole time, but can't fault their services as a company. I am my dads only available family and they helped take the burden of a very difficult time off my shoulders.
