If you have a vaccination booked with this surgery, make sure they haven't booked the booster too early or too late. I overrided my own common sense when they booked a booster 2.5 weeks after the first instead of 3 - 4 weeks later, trusting that the receptionist knew these things better than me. Don't end up like me wasting money and time getting there, only to sit for 10 minutes before being told you're too early.Why no one realised my pet was booked in too early for 2.5 weeks is beyond me.

Thank you for all the help my Winnie received. The receptionists helped me deal with stress through conversation. Wonderful, professional and collaborative approach of the Veterinarian. I got answers to all my questions and felt taken care of from the beginning to the end of the time I spent there. I think 5 stars is not enough to give them.

I went in Luton to do the vaccine to my golden Labrador, not only the nurses and the doctor were very friendly, I have been explained everything and the price is good. I recommend this place.

Took Charlie and Willow for their annual boosters. Always very welcoming to our little dogs, come to make them feel comfortable. The Vets take an interest in your pets and check on their wellbeing.

Best vet practice in Luton by a mile. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse was friendly and helpful, caring much more about pets than profit.

Amazing place! staff were great got our cat registered and saw her the same day very reasonable price wise and great quality of care! will definitely be our go to vets from now on
