Not to be trusted- they lie about the cars they have in stock to get you to come and buy a more expensive vehicle. Do not waste your time with these clowns.

I contacted these people 4 times, asking for someone to give me a PX evaluation, and then to advise the rest of the deal for a replacement vehicle in their current fleet of sales vehicles available.4 times I was told by a customer advisor, no problem, leave it with me I'll get someone to get in touch with you. 4 times they failed, no communication from anyone.So outcome is I went somewhere else, where the team were brilliant, attentive, very accommodating of all my questions, provided all the information I needed, and we're now finalising the deal of what I hope will be my new car by the end of the week.My advice, steer clear of this lot, go to a smaller franchise and receive better service.CFC - nil points.

Travelled quite far to view a van here today and it was definitely worth it. The service I received from Paul and Barry in particular was brilliant. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left with a great deal and were patient and supportive through each step of the process! Would highly recommend.

Terrible service . Leave you hanging in limbo not knowing what's going on. Kept getting promised a call back but had to chase them up all the time. Come to find they don't even sell vauxhall vans although they have 3 advertised on the website.

Utter click bait !! Travelled an hour to see a van that they confirmed was in stock. When I arrived, told the van had been sold the day before (sorry about the confusion) but was offered far more expensive options. Checked the web for any signs of the van I was originally after, still advertised on their site and found adverts from a year earlier for the same van on facebook marketplace. IF YOU FIND A VEHICLE ON THEIR WEBSITE AT A GREAT PRICE AND THE REG PLATE ISN'T VISIBLE, IT PROBABLY DOESN'T EXIST !!

Called in on way home after another day of unsuccessful viewings. Ironically found the idea car just around the corner from home.No pressure from the salesmen (Carl and Paul).Friendly and non patronising.Possibly the most laughing I've done since lockdown.More than happy with the deal I got and I have been scouring dealers/eBay/online etc so I know the price was right and warranty a sensible bonus.I was not threatened or bribed to write this review (unless coffee counts)

Waste of time to be honest website says the have a isuzu d max for sale made an inquiry about it but no response(shock) did a financial check on it website.. Did not let me change the car for the check but still same price so what the hell.. got an email bout the car then. Told them what happened and was only interested in the truck emails back in forth just to be asked if they can call me about the truck.. told them if its not about the truck then be waste of time just to be told its sold but shock horror still on website....Think what they do is get you interested then try flog another motor on you..

could not wait to get me off the phone. every vehicle I asked about had been sold a week ago. web site is just total click bait. I was told it take a while for them to come off the website. same vehicles have been on there for weeks!"

Felt at ease buying my second car from the car finance companies, very easy way of buying a car with the cheap prices and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Don't touch these guys. They advertise vans online and on Facebook at lower prices just to get you down there....then magically all of them have gone and the vans left are much much more. Super rude staff that simply want your money and nothing else. It's all for show....including the Ferrari sitting the front. Would not trust them at all!!!
