Sorry too fake views. This taxi company is not very good. The man is very rude and man possibly cancelling my trip to Birmingham. He said want deposit first and isaid pay the driver when I reach my destination. This company is a catfish. Can't not send driver long away. This company discrimination and lazy Karen's. And I have booked Uber driver company and came straight away. Uber is best and reliable company. Ah also can't not be both to update the app tell different prices. Be careful of this company

Used for airport drop off and pick up as a family of 5. Taxis were prompt and the return taxi was waiting for us at the airport before we’d even got our luggage! Easy to book and the owner had great communication when booking. We had to use our baby car seat and they allowed us to store it at the base so they had it in the return taxi ready for us which was just great. Would recommend!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Never turn up, not even for an airport booking. Awful company shouldn't even be a company. Never answer phone, either decline or don't turn up

Absolutely terrible serviceWe booked a taxi to go to a very important event, taxi was running late and then decided to cancel at the last minute. Rang the office and the guy on the phone was beyond rude, and told us to not use them again if we are not happy. Excuse me what sort of customer service is that? The whole point of ordering a taxi in advance is to have reassurance there is one available and you will get to your destination on time.I will not be using this company ever again, nor will I recommend them.Teach your staff some manners to start with instead of being rude to customers!
