Exemplary service provided - Mr Mullen came around to the property and was quick and efficient in performing his activities. He was courteous throughout, even when our young son was getting in his way! Report was sent over the following morning - would highly recommend.

Mr Mullen called yesterday afternoon to carry out an EPC check at my property. He arrived promptly and worked very methodically and efficiently and took time to explain the procedure. The check was emailed later the same afternoon. Well Done!

A great service from Will, we communicated via email as I am always too busy for the phone. He replied promptly and helped me to get an appointment booked to have my father's property's EPC done and informed me I didn't need mine doing as it's still valid! Very honest and friendly service would recommend and use again in the future. Thanks again will!
