Waterdale nature reserve
Very quiet, large green area with lots of various paths to explore. Quite hard to find but easily done with google maps, also great fro bike riding with many professional trails available. Would recommend to anyone who likes to be outdoors.

interesting woodland and Riverside walk.Poor parking making access difficult because the authorities have blocked off a perfectly good car park

Waterdale nature reserve
It's a lovely out of the way area. Nice pockets of woodland with ponds. Seen lots of bird life and even deer trotting through here a couple of times. It's close to the motorway but soon forget about that being emersed in the nature.
