Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children
I don't know how I can ever really thank Great Ormond Street Hospital and staff. You always hear about the Hospital and the great work that it does. But until you are physically thrust into it. Feet first, no-where left to turn, fire burning all around you and no water to put it out, you realise how great and how needed Great Ormond Street is needed.GOSH saved my child, like they have done for alot of others. But it's not just the Dr's and Nurses. It's the catering staff, the Cleaner's, the Workmen, the Radiologist's, the Receptionists, the Porters, the Helpers, its everybody that makes up GOSH and its surroundings. The buildings have been thought out with such care and attention to detail. The Disney are is just off from The Lagoon, which is the cateen eatery for the Hospital, but for parents and children in the Hospital for a long stint, saying your going to the canteen as opposed to saying your going to the Lagoon, both have different effects on a person's wellbeing and mental health. The Hospital as carefully thought these things through. The Lagoon leads on to the wonderful world of Disney. Where you can play till your hearts content. Young and old alike will always have time for Disney, and the memories that they have from the past or the memories that they are currently making. The Hospital is always clean. The staff are always friendly. They do not hesitate to listen to feedback if you have an issue, query or you just simply are not happy with how something is being done.GOSH is all that and more that you see in adverts. It truly is a miracle the work they do here. And the buildings here are filled with never ending love, from patients, staff and from parents.

I don't understand why this hospital is given a 5 star review by some peoples? My two kids had an appointment yesterday. When I went to the hospital, I had to struggle to get up to the fourth floor with the buggy of the two children. Had to take two elevators. Among them, a manual lift cannot be used without the hospital staff. Had to wait a long time to get a staff. I went to the waiting area and saw that there was no place to sit. The reciption area staff was very rude. She doesn't listen well and answers as she likes. Weight taking room is too small very difficult to enter and stay with a small buggy. The total area was extremely hot. After many months of waiting, the doctor I got an appointment with was terribly inexperienced. Almost all the questions I was asking were answered by the nurse next to me. I of course wanted a new doctor because of the unprofessional manner of the previous doctor but found that the new doctor was actually a very new or trainee doctor. But my two sons are suffering from complex diseases. In the boys' doctor's appointment, there was a doctor's name, but I met with another doctor. The reminder SMS that was being sent before the appointment was being given a different time schedule in each SMS but I was confused as to which is the actual time schedule. In total, my children have been patients of this hospital for 5 years. They are not referring me to another hospital despite my repeated requests from the beginning. At first I thought it was a big and very nice hospital but actually they are a research center. They collected charity money in the name of children's treatment. My children have been greatly harmed by testing them with various raccoon devices in the name of using them for research purposes. My two children used to be able to walk but now they can't walk because of the color research test in this hospital. Day by day the mobility skills of the two children are losing. I am a helpless father today for the research of this hospital. I don't know where I can find this solution.

Great Ormond Street Hospital is truly magic. As a patient or parent you're not here by choice but the team are so amazing they make you feel comfortable and happy all the time! We have been in and out of GOSH for the last two years as I write this and pleased to say my daughter has completed her treatment and now living a completely normal life. The expertise on offer from everyone here is second to none. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel good. My daughter was showered with gifts and visitors which made I know is material but made her so happy. We come back for check ups now and again and my daughter actually looks forward to going to see some familiar faces (and get a toy from the gift shop) - You couldn't be in better hands! Finally, a huge thank you to everyone at Great Ormond Street for the care you should us.

Your good name and reputation is being tarnished by your charity fundraising salespeople whom are currently operating in Ripley, Derbyshire. They keep knocking on the door sending different salespeople around on a daily basis asking to sign up to regular Direct Debits. May I remind you this is against Charity Commission regulations to use high pressure tactics like this and as I say is tarnishing all the good works this Hospital does.
